NJ REAL ESTATE LICENSEE INFORMATION
By joining Jersey Referrals, you can earn commissions on a referral basis while keeping your NJ real estate license active, even if you do not want to pursue a career in real estate full time.
To join, follow the steps below that pertain to your current license status:
Currently with another broker
Choose one:
OPTION 1:
50/50 commission split between CONTRACTOR and BROKER.
Fees:
$100 Annual membership fee
$50 Status change fee
$25 State license transfer fee
$175 Total Certified, cashier’s check or money order ONLY payable to Jersey Referrals*
*The State does not accept personal checks
OPTION 2:
75/25 commission split between CONTRACTOR and BROKER.
Fees:
$200 Annual membership fee
$50 Status change fee
$25 State license transfer fee
$275 Total Certified, cashier’s check or money order ONLY payable to Jersey Referrals*
*The State does not accept personal checks
Forms Needed:
It is necessary for your current broker to inactivate your license with them before we can activate you.

Currently Inactive (being held at the State)
The state will hold an expired license for two years from the expiration date on the license. If not reinstated during this time your license is no longer valid. To obtain a license you will need to take a licensing course and pass the state licensing exam.
A) License inactive but still within current renewal period:

B) License not renewed in last renewal period (but still within 2 year grace period):

A New Referral Agent license
OPTION 1:
50/50 commission split between CONTRACTOR and BROKER.
Fees:
$100 Annual membership fee
$160 State license fee
$260 Total Certified, cashier’s check or money order ONLY payable to Jersey Referrals*

OPTION 2:
75/25 commission split between CONTRACTOR and BROKER.
Fees:
$200 Annual membership fee
$160 State license fee
$360 Total Certified, cashier’s check or money order ONLY payable to Jersey Referrals*
